Two of our projects published in latest »Edition 1:100« series

We are delighted that our projects C2C Fire Station Straubenhardt and Canteen and Media Center Darmstadt are part of the latest volume of the »Edition 1:100« series dedicated to public buildings.
The compendium, published by Deutscher Architektur Verlag, deals with the importance of social and technical infrastructure in cities and municipalities. 45 projects illustrate how architecture is finding new ways to combine functional relevance with high design quality in public buildings.

Hugo-Häring-Award for Sports Center in Überlingen!

The BDA District Group Lake Constance awarded prizes to 9 properties in this year's Hugo-Häring awards procedure. Our sports centre Sports Center Überlingen was one of them! The award-winning works will take part in the selection process for the Hugo-Häring State Prize in the following year.

Inauguration ceremony Gerlingen secondary school

On Friday, October 13, our Gerlingen secondary school was officially inaugurated after extensive renovation and expansion. Speeches were given by mayor Dirk Oestringer, school district director Sabine Konrad, city master builder Thomas Günthner, principal Eiko Schwalbe as well as Tobias Wulf and Coskun Cocak (wulf architekten).

»Eure Besten« for the first time in Stuttgart

The Canteen and Media Center in Darmstadt was voted one of the top ten buildings in the »Building of the Year 2022« by readers of the online platform »german-architects.com«. Ingmar Menzer presents our project in the Pecha Kucha format at »Eure Besten« at raumprobe in Stuttgart.

Hugo-Häring-Award for the Fire Station in Straubenhardt!

Our C2C Fire Station in Straubenhardt received a Hugo Häring Award 2023 from the »BDA Kreisgruppe Nordschwarzwald« (Association of German Architects from Northern Black Forest)! The jury compliments the architecture and the community by saying: »As pioneers of this sustainability concept, the participating communities and the fire station belong to the frontrunners of the movement«. They summed up that »this is how a new building is planned according to our time«. All award-winning projects will take part in the selection process for the Hugo Häring State Prize the following year.

»Einfach bauen – einfach machen« is part of the online symposium »Zukunft heute Bauen – Bauen ist innovativ«, taking place for the fourth time. In this talk Ingmar Menzer shares experiences on the topic of circular economy. In the tried-and-tested format of short impulses and talk sessions, experts approach burning issues of our time from different angles and roles. The digital event is recognized with 1.5 points by the Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Architects.

»Wert und Wertschätzung« – a series of architecture talks in Weimar with Tobias Wulf

»Wert und Wertschätzung – Bauen für die Öffentlichkeit« is the title of the JUNG Architecture Talks taking place in Weimar for the fourth time. Peter Brückner, Monika Joos, Kyrill Keller and Tobias Wulf will give a lecture as representatives of three renowned German architectural firms in the »Kleinen Weimarhalle« and together discuss the central topic of the series – how to build for the public. The moderation is taken over by Dr. Thomas Welter, Federal Managing Director of the »BDA«, Association of German Architects.
